- Wait for the page to load. Once loaded, two options will be displayed – Employee Portal & Administrator Access.

Important Points to Consider
There are some very important things to take care of before trying to access the My Estub login. Kindly check the important points mentioned below and adhere to them.

My Estub Account Initial Setup
When an employee joins a company, they are asked to set up my estub account for the first time. The initial setup process involves setting up a preferred username and password. There is a set criterion to be followed for setting username and password. The criteria are as follows:
My estub username must be unique.
My estub password should contain at least 8 characters with atleast one numeric, one alphabet, and one symbol combination in the password.

The payroll manager will send a temporary username and password to the employee’s registered email. Employees can use these credentials for the first-time login.
Login to MyEstub Portal
Go to the official website www.my-estub.com and click on the“Employee Access” menu.
Enter your login credentials in the dropdown displayed and click on the “Login” button.
It is strongly advised to change your default password after accessing the portal for the first-time. The process to change the password tor your account is pretty easy.
Just enter the current default password, new password, and re-enter the new password. in the fields displayed.
My Estub recommends a password which is 6-20 characters in length containing at least 1 alphabet, 1 number, and 1 special character.
Lastly, click on the “Next” button to finally change the password.
Setting up Security Questions
Security questions are an additional security feature to protect your account from unauthorized login attempts. Employees need to select two Security questions from the listed options and enter the answer as per their preference.
My Estub doesn’t make it compulsory to add an email address but it is recommended just for a layer of extra security. The email option will come in handy when you need to recover your password using the “Recovery password” feature. Just click on the “Next” button to continue.
Enable Delivery Options
Employees can turn on the email delivery option by selecting the Email option. Next, you need to enter your primary and secondary email addresses in the displayed fields.
Next, select any one option from – Receive a password-protected PDF sent directly to email OR just receive a notification about the pay stub available on the portal.
Default Online W2 User Option
Employees who wish to receive a W2 form with their paycheck find this feature really useful.
By default, this option – YES will be selected, so there is nothing you need to change.
Lastly, click on the “Next” button to continue.
Text message Alerts
Employees can choose to opt for important paycheck SMS notifications so that they get alerts about their wage statements.
First, select the cellular provider and then enter the cellular number. Afterward, click on the “Send Test TEXT Message” button. Click on the “Next” button to Continue.
Note: You should not select more than 6 options.
Finalizing the Initial Setup
Employees who have finally entered all the necessary information and set their preferences can now finish the setup process.
You just need to set the password and click on the Finish button once the initial setup is done. You should verify all the entered details before proceeding to complete the setup.

How to View Payment Listing (Trans ID)?
Employees will be logged into their my estub dashboard post finishing the initial setup process. If you wish to view Payment Listing, just select the Payment Listing option under the top menu from your account dashboard.
After that, click on the “Payment Listing” to access the list of all the payments received with complete details like Transaction ID, Payroll for, Payment Date, and Amount.
“If you wish t view a particular transaction, just click on the “Trans ID” of that payment. A pop-up window will be displayed containing all the details of that particular paycheck. Make sure you have enabled pop-ups in your browser. If not, enable it under the Tools & Pop-up blocker for internet explorer.
How to unlock MyEstub Account?
After the completion of the account creation, the employee is given credentials to access my estub account. These details are shared on the employee’s registered email id.
The employee has to complete the initial setup process by changing the default password and also setting up security questions. and other things. The email address is also confirmed with the company as well as my estub portal.
Some employees lose their passwords, and after five unsuccessful login attempts, their my estub account gets temporarily locked.
The only way to unlock the my-estub account is by resetting the password. This can be done by email or contacting the company support. Follow the steps explained below to unlock the account.
- Go to the official website of my estub first- www.my0-estub.com
- Next, open the login page.
- Click on the Recover Password option at the bottom of the login page.
- Enter your username and password in the fields displayed.
- Check your email for the reset instructions and click on the reset link in the email.
